Memorial Day

Today is Memorial Day; a time to reflect on all that is corrupt in our system, and a time to stand up for those overseas and honor what they are doing.  We owe that to them.

The need to let go and expand

Feeling tense is a tricky thing; the more you try to control, the less you do.  The more you try to protect, the more you open yourself up to danger.  One must learn to  accept, no matter how  hard it is.
